most of the teachers cant be on enough to get folks the points they need to graduate before they end up getting frustrated and quitting... im not slamming the teachers in the least, i understand they have lives... i also understand you not wanting to promote genin ahead of time which will break up squads and make the chuunin exam less likely to be of use immediately... with these things in mind, best solution i can think of is to find some folks who both know enough about naruto to qualify, and also be willing to forgo ranks n such that the 'normal' teachers have... basically genin teachers until the chuunin exams are ready :O this keeps genin while getting more folks to genin...
id like to be a teacher :D I know what all the rules are and i know quite a bit about naruto, but i am just a lowly genin..o well consider me anyways plz :D
this is an old post, and in the meanwhile they got a teacher who has no life :O me XD well, almost no life... anyway, yea :O whenever my net works usually im on when the students are xD and teaching loads of classes :O
ok, i hope kai closes this. post an application in the teachers section, not here, if you have already, then wait. if there are more teachers needed, kai will likely recruit more.
