I think you should add Fan Specialist(Non Clan), there are enough jutsu, all you gotta do is get someone who can icon to make a fan for the clan. Then you can add the jutsu yourself, lol. Even though I could only find First Second and Third star, that being all that are there, its more then nara, and could be benificial. Basically these jutsu are shielding, but the third one could prolly make a wind barrier that reflects and taijutsu damage back.
