1) we should get a feudal clan *they master in swords, bows/arrows, spears, martial arts, potions (healing-piosons-ect) and they can gain spead in flash steps.
2) the clan less should not have the abilty to learn other clan moves then they would be copy cat clan
3)instead of clanless maby u can have elmental clan......just like the manga.....but they only specialize in that elament.....wich means they can learn clan moves (eg. fire elament.....they can learn katon)
4)u can make a feudal village...... it may sound stupid but hear me out.....in naruto we all no theres villages with out ninjas all they use is swords spears arrows ect... y not make this village....players can join but they only learn basic moves from feudal clan.....and if players dont join...its a village were ppl r free to raid or hav wars in were there are alot of angry village members....they only attak if u attak
5)there should be these ranks 4 a village

-Missing-nin..Ninjas who have abandoned their village. As a result, they are marked for death by their village's hunter-nins, who will hunt them ceaselessly until they either die or get their target.

-Hunter-nin......Ninjas who hunt down missing-nins to protect their village's secrets. They are also special Jounins. Haku is an example of a (former) hunter-nin.

-special jounin......A Jounin that specializes in a specific area of expertise. Morino Ibiki, for example, is head of the Konoha's Interrogation Unit, which is basically torture. Anko is a Special Jounin because of her familiarity with the recent Village of Sound, which Konoha has next to no information about. ANBU teams, which serve as police and assassination squads, are also Special Jounins

feudal clans? you do realize those clans dont even count as shinobi at all... and in this game we ARE the shinobi? plus the villages usually learn moves depending on the nation their in... for example, a good chunk of Konoha and Grass shinobi probably know Katon moves, living in the land of Fire... that parts already set up o.o
haku was not a hunter nin! ever! he posed as one >.> and he had at least as good training as hunternin, but once more, never was one. he was trained by zabuza and other missingnin from Mist.
i belive missingnin in this game get marked with the 'none' village... and forfeit all the protection involved with association with a village.
Sannin isnt a rank, its a title of respect... and not just among singular villages.
special jounin are just jounin with special skills... and dont get a special title to go with those skills, outside of association with certain groups within the village...
nice suggestions i suppose, but look at it from the slightly different angle of being a ninja, and the 'true' ranks of a village o.o
