Ok, first of all, I know you said one teacher per village, and I shall defend my case ever so well with two reasons. 1>ronley likes to go afk in the middle of classes.... 2>I'm an original rain nin, he was just made into rain and took over my village... 3>I'm on way more... 4>There are a LOT of students now, even though there are a lot of genin as well... 5>I know my stuff. A lot of people who are teachers have easy questions, same questions every time, but I can make it more dificult. I can destroy genin who invade class, as well as a lot of chuunin who come to kill students for no reason, and I have many great ideas for classes. I am the main represinitive of my village, I do the most work for the village, and I train the students of the village, therefore I think I would be worthy of being a teacher in rain.
I think you have a good case, but then it's only Kai's opinion that matters. You forgot to mention, though, that when Ron teaches, he doesnt ask questions or PE or really do anything. He just gives people points once in a while for sitting there. Which helps your case more.
He actually tries the questions, like 4 of them before he just gives points for like saying the word "me" when he ask's who wants 2 free points... His PE is just training, train this much HP, train this tai, or run over here... he doesn't teach like he use to before he got kage of my village...
